Kareena Kapoor & Rani Mukherjee MAST picture

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:53 PM PST

Kareena Kapoor born on September 21, 1980), often informally referred to as Bebo, is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. During her career, Kapoor has received six Filmfare Awards and has been noted for her performances in a range of film genres; these include her work from contemporary romantic dramas to comedies, period films to major Bollywood productions, as well as less publicised independent films.
Born into a family where both her parents, Randhir Kapoor and Babita, and her elder sister Karisma were actors, Kapoor faced the media spotlight from a very young age, but did not make her acting debut until the 2000 film Refugee. Her melodrama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... became India's highest-grossing film in the overseas market in 2001, and is one of her biggest commercial successes to date. After receiving negative reviews for a series of repetitive roles, Kapoor accepted more demanding parts in order to avoid being typecast, and was consequently recognized by critics for displaying greater versatility as an actress. Her portrayal of a sex worker in Chameli (2004) proved to be the turning point in her career and she was later noted for her performances in the critically acclaimed Dev (2004) and Omkara (2006).
In 2007, Kapoor received her first Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her performance in Jab We Met, a romantic comedy directed by Imtiaz Ali. She went on to play the lead female role in the thriller Kurbaan (2009), for which she earned critical acclaim, and the drama 3 Idiots (2009), which became the highest-grossing Bollywood film of all time. Having done so, Kapoor has established herself as a leading actress of the Hindi film industry. In addition to movie acting, Kapoor is a regular stage performer and has launched her own clothing line in association with being the brand ambassador for the retail chain Globus. Her off-screen life, including her relationship with actor Saif Ali Khan, is the subject of wide media coverage in India.

Something About Breast Reduction - Plastic Surgery

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:48 PM PST

Large breasts were at one time considered extremely aesthetic and very sociable, but in today's world it is often a source of embarrassment. It also brings with it the problems of ill-fitting clothes, inability to wear modern, designer kind of hep clothing as well as the problem of back pain, bra strap marks on the shoulder, sweating and fungal infection below the chest line, and a general decreased self esteem.

Large size may be from teenage itself or more commonly after childbirth. The major complaint women have after childbirth is that the chest have now sagged down, and started to look very bad. The only treatment for these problems is surgical reduction . No other non surgical procedure is successful, may it be use of ultrasound technology or radio frequency based devices. It should be understood, that there is an absolute increase of breast tissue as well as skin, which needs to tackled, and surgery is the only option

Procedure

Breast reduction involves an actual removal of excess breast tissue as well as skin, and shaping it to a more aesthetic and shapely figure as per the pre-operative discussions with the patient. Commonly this involves two types of procedures. One is a wise pattern with inverted 'T' scar pattern; the other is vertical short scar pattern. The latter technique is now well established, has a smaller scar, but takes significantly more time to give the final shape.

The 'T' scar technique
This involves a scar on the chest in the shape of an inverted T. The advantages of the technique is
this technique is easier to teach and more predictable results
the final shape is immediately visible after surgery, with little changes in the long term period
there is little potential of scar spreading
The disadvantages of this procedure is
long scar ( though the scar is hidden below the chest, so is visible only on lying down
there is chance of tissue breakdown along the junction of the limbs of the inverted T(this is not common, and though there is rapid healing)

The vertical short scar technique
The procedure involves only a vertical scar without the horizontal component. As a result of which the skin excision is limited to the region around the areola (upper part). This procedure has been popularized by Dr Ruth Graf (Brazil)(with whom the author has trained with)
The advantages of this procedure is
shorter scar
The disadvantages of this procedure is that
more difficult to teach
it takes almost 6 months to show the final shape
there may be need to revise the surgery in almost 30% of patients
the skin shaping is as not as good, because lesser skin is removed from the lower half of the chest
chances of scar stretching in the region of the areola

Possible problems with breast reduction

The patient will be required to stay in the hospital for 1 day after the surgery.

Results

Breast reduction is an extremely satisfying procedure, because the results are predictable to a large extent in the preoperative period. How much tissue needs to be removed is decided, and therefore the patient has a clear picture of what her body is going to look like after surgery. There is a need to wear specially designed pressure garments to support the breast tissue for a period of 3 weeks. Breast asymmetries can also be tackled at the time of the surgery

How To Get Higher Page Rank

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:41 PM PST

Search engine optimization is getting more and more difficult by the day. The search engines are evolving at an incredible speed, making it harder for us SEOs that want to rank our websites highly. The bad news is that it has gotten even harder especially if you are trying to peak Mr. Google. With respect to information quality, you may already see Google raised the bar even higher with another algorithm tweak recently, thousands of web pages ranking got reshuffled or evaporated.

If you saw your website's home page PR or its inner pages PR stole quietly away in the middle of the night without say goodbye to you, do not feel bad because you are not alone. There thousands of others are in the same situation as your. The latest Google algorithm tweak and update has been pretty widespread and non-discriminatory in nature, they targeting both new sites and well-established veteran sites too.

If you saw your website PR appear being grey-out, in most case, it means that your website or a webpage is under probation. In some certain case, it could mean it be banned by Google. As long as you understand the goals and objectives of Google is to search engine optimizing your website effectively and correctly within their guidelines, your website or a webpage's PR should no problem to get raised.

With that said, there are a few tried and true principles that you need to do when optimizing your website. The first of which, and the one that I always use is to concentrate on getting quality one-way links to pointing to my website. The search engines now highly favor websites that have a large number of qualities, one-way links pointing to them.

Speaking of links, it is impossible to ignore it when comes to SEO. A page that "naturally" acquires a good number of links will experience a shorter probation period. The more quality links you can get to pointing to your website, the higher your site will rank.

You probably already heard people tell you about how those black hat tricks and tactics you can use to make your site get higher rank. I would suggest NOT spending your time on those things because they are only short-term gain. Instead, you should focus your entire effort on figuring out how to get other websites to link to yours without you linking back to them. That is the biggest key to ranking well in Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Doing this is not that difficult. One of the easiest known ways to get quality one-way links is by finding website directories and then submitting your website to them. This can be a very tedious process, but at the same time, it also a very rewarding process. You can either submit your website to those directories manually, or pay someone to do it for you.

Submitting your site to those website directories is an excellent way to get quality one-way links pointing to your websites. If you pay attention to those online directories, you will see there many of them have a high amount of page rank and those sites have been there for several years already.

Regarding to how to determining what a good link is vs. what a bad link is, here are 2 criteria you need to look at it:
1. The age of the website linking to you 2. The page rank of the website linking to you
As I mentioned earlier, many of these directories are old websites and have a high page rank, which gives them more authority and power in the search engines.

So simply put, if you want your website get higher ranking, one-way link method is a good way to go.

3 Key Components of a Successful AdWords Campaign

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:39 PM PST

All over the world-wide-web marketers are calling out the virtues of Adwords. They promise youthful lazy enterprisers that for just so much money the will impart their knowledge on how they can generate several hundred dollars each day in the comfortable surroundings of their own home, and they only have to work 3-4 hours too.

Sure! The reality is that Adwords is not that complex and by putting a little more effort into the project these young entrepreneurs could learn what these experts are charging money to teach.

In order for an AdWords campaign to succeed it is necessary for the strategy to contain three key components:

1. A success keyword.

The keyword choice made for the adwords campaign is the pivotal decision out of all the decisions that are made when setting up an adwords campaign.

The trick to good keyword is to find ones that cover a wide enough area of the topic so that someone who is searching can be aimed in your direction but one that is pointed enough that it won't attract too many random searches.

It is important to remember that a search engine is going to charge the advertiser for the placement of their ad regardless of the resulting profit; after all, the only profit they are truly concerned with is their own.

The crux of this is that if an ad uses a well used keyword (a marketer may go over to the search engine database and get keywords that are often used in their ads) it will usually get a whole boatload of traffic, but what it won't do is bring in a lot of sales.

Adwords offers some great features to advertisers that have a problem gathering useful keywords for their ads. By going to www.adwords.google.com advertisers can access these great features.

2. High ranking bids.

The unfortunate truth is that internet surfers are a broad representation of most types of people. They want precisely what they want and they want it right now.

This means that they are not going to have the patience to search through hundreds of pages of information; if what they are looking for is not within the first five to ten pages of a search they are probably going to attempt to send their search in a new direction with a new set of keywords.

For the marketer this means that they have to have their ad on the first few pages if they want it to be seen. Of course search engines don't put the ads up first in; first out. The marketer who will pay the most for a click with get the top spot when ads are displayed.

It is essential that the advertiser find the delicate balance between their sales and the money they are willing to part with; while an ad at the top of the list may receive more attention that does it little good if the advertising budget won't stretch far enough to allow it its maximum exposure.

Lucky for us that Google has a feature that lets a ceiling be put on the amount of money spent on ad campaigns. If the ceiling is reached, the ad is labeled inactive and not shown in the search results etc.

3. Follow up.

Even if you have maximum effort from a crack team of advertisers, there aren't any guarantees about the results after an ad campaign is up and running. The advertiser still must watch the actions of the ads so that a problem can be avoided or minimized, and changes made to the ad campaign as needed.

There it is! All the key features of a profitable Adwords campaign have been laid out for you without a high price tag.

How Viruses' Jumps From Host to Host

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:38 PM PST

Washington: A new study has found how viruses jump from host to host. HIV-AIDS, SARS, Ebola, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Rabies-these are emerging infectious diseases where the viruses have jumped from one animal species into another and now infect humans.

This is a phenomenon known as cross-species transmission (CST) and scientists are working to determine what drives it. Researchers have claimed that that cross-species transmission may have less to do with virus mutation and contact rates and more to do with host similarity.

Led by Gary McCracken, a professor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, the team made their discovery by analysing hundreds of rabies viruses in 23 species of bats.

The researchers documented over 200 examples of CSTs and analysed the best explanations for CSTs, such as geographic range, behaviour, ecology and genetic relatedness.

The study found that the majority of viruses from cross-species infections were tightly nested among genetically similar bat species. "It turns out, the most important factor in cross-species transmission is how closely related the bat species are," said McCracken

"Our study demonstrates that rapid evolution can be insufficient to overcome phylogenetic barriers at two crucial stages of viral emergence: initial infection and sustained transmission," he added. His article, 'Host Phylogeny Constrains Cross-Species Emergence and Establishments of Rabies Virus in Bats', appears in the latest edition of Science and will be featured on the issue's cover.

Facebook mobile' Users can control privacy while on the move

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:35 PM PST

From now on, people using Facebook on their mobiles will be able to select whether their friends, or friends of friends, or everyone can see any new information that they post about themselves, for now the social networking site has extended its privacy controls to mobile devices

The move would allow users to control what information is publicly seen about them on the site, while on the move.In May 2010, as a response to international criticism of Facebook's increasingly complex privacy toolset, it amended its privacy controls, making them 'simpler' to use.

At the time co-founder and chief executive Mark Zuckerberg said the site "missed the mark" on allowing its users to easily control whether, for instance, their age, gender, friends or pictures were visible to the public.Zuckerberg introduced "one simple control" to let users decide how they want to share their Facebook profile information, in addition to adding the ability to adjust privacy settings on a granular level.

"This applies to all the products we're going to release going forward. As well as retroactively. If you've set your profile so your information is viewable only to friends of friends, then all future features will also only be viewable to friends of friends," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

And now, the social networking giant has made the entire suite of Facebook privacy controls available from any mobile device. This means people will be able to change how much personal information is publicly available about them while on the move.

Facebook says that more than 150 million users currently access the site through their mobile devices - a number expected to grow rapidly as an increased number of people move over to smartphones with affordable internet bundles. And the Facebook privacy feature on mobile will be available from today. Facebook has also formatted its privacy guide especially for mobiles.

Level of depression' Determines healing rate of wounds among diabetics

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:33 PM PST

The way people cope with diabetes-related foot ulcers and their levels of depression, affect how their wound heals or worsens, found a study by a health psychologist at The University of Nottingham.

Professor Kavita Vedhara from the University's Institute of Work, Health and Organisations, said that healing rates are different in people suffering from diabetes-related foot ulcers, depending on the way they cope and their psychological state of mind.

The study has sparked a follow-on project to develop psychological treatments to reduce depression in sufferers and help them cope more effectively with this debilitating and potentially life-threatening condition.

Foot ulcers are open sores which form when a minor skin injury fails to heal because of microvascular and metabolic dysfunction caused by diabetes.

Up to fifteen per cent of people with diabetes, both Type 1 and Type 2, develop foot or leg ulcers with many suffering depression and poorer quality of life as a result.

During the five-year study 93 patients (68 men and 25 women) with diabetic foot ulcers were recruited from specialist podiatry clinics across the UK. Clinical and demographic determinants of healing; psychological distress, coping style and levels of cortisol (a stress hormone) in saliva were assessed and recorded at the start of a 24 week monitoring period.

The size of each patient's ulcer was also measured at the start, and then at 6, 12 and 24 weeks to record the extent of healing or otherwise of the ulcer.

The results of the research showed that the likelihood of the ulcer healing over a 24 week period was predicted by how individual's coped.

Surprisingly perhaps, patients who showed a 'confrontational' way of coping (a style characterised by a desire to take control) with the ulcer and its treatment were less likely to have a healed ulcer at the end of the 24 week period.

"My colleagues and I believe that this confrontational approach may, inadvertently, be unhelpful in this context because these ulcers take a long time to heal. As a result, individuals with confrontational coping may experience distress and frustration because their attempts to take control do not result in rapid improvements," said Vedhara.

A secondary analysis of each patient examined the relationship of psycho-social factors with the change in the size of the ulcer over the observation period.

Whereas the first analysis showed that only confrontation coping, not anxiety or depression, was a significant predictor of healing, the second showed that depression was a significant predictor in how the size of the ulcer changed over time, with patients with clinical depression showing smaller changes in ulcer size over time i.e., they showed less improvement or healing.

Health Care Jobs' Are Growing Fastest

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:32 PM PST

With an aging population and new innovations in medical diagnosis and treatment, healthcare jobs are growing faster than in any other field. An aging population needs more health services while healthcare innovations increase the use of medications and the demand for treatment facilities.

Even though healthcare provides job opportunities both to health services professionals and others such as accountants, personnel officers, buyers, computer programmers and food service personnel, the emphasis in this article is on health services professionals.

Health Services Professionals

Health services require both professionals with advanced training and technicians with different kinds of operational skills. We look at the range of healthcare jobs in this market. This is more an indicative list rather than an exhaustive one.

*Physicians, dentists, chiropractors, optometrists and veterinarians are professionals who require varying levels of training
*Technologists and technicians in clinical laboratory, EEG, EKG, nuclear medicine, radiology and surgical work
*Health technicians like dental hygienists, dispensing opticians and emergency medicine technicians
*Dieticians and nutritionists, occupational, physical, recreational and respiratory therapists and speech pathologists
*Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
*Registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing aides and psychiatric aides
*Home care nurse, health aides, medical assistants and social workers
*Medical billing specialist, coding specialist, patient account representative and insurance claims/reimbursement specialists
*Medical records technicians
*Medical transcriptionists

As would be immediately evident, the field is quite extensive, and could extend further with new innovations in diagnosis and treatment.

Healthcare Jobs Information Resources

Each of the healthcare jobs requires specialized training, certification and licensing. Being a matter of life and death, unlicensed practitioners are not allowed to work in healthcare fields. Licenses are granted by different states in the USA, and each state has its own licensing regulations.

There are many sources for information on healthcare jobs.

The US Department of Labor publishes projected demands for different kinds of labor. Similar projections might be published by the healthcare industry also. These projections can help you select a healthcare job that is in line with your inclinations and also promises a growing demand.

Then there are numerous career centers, on the ground and on the Web, which will provide you information about each job. You can get information on:

*What the job involves. A description of the work that the job involves.
*Qualifications needed to be hired, and details of education and training needed to acquire the qualifications
*Training institutions and admissions procedure
*The formalities regarding certifications and licensing, such as the need for internship
*Career progression paths indicating the potential for growth in job satisfaction and earnings
*Current earnings levels in each healthcare job
*Associations of healthcare professionals and technicians

These career centers also interview persons engaged in each occupation and publish the interview details. These published interviews portray life in each profession, the kind of satisfaction it can provide, and give you a more realistic picture of what to expect if you choose it.

Top 7 Organic SEO Tips 'For Small Businesses'

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:29 PM PST

last three weeks I have been firm at work exploring popular SEO guides that worked for small businesses. Unlike large competitors, small businesses do not have personnel or ad budgets to market in the present economy, but fortunately, none of these factors actually matter for online marketing because small business SEO is the best way to steal market share and of course to level the playing field.

After exploring the finest sources and communicating with popular SEO experts, I have realized that organic SEO is the best way to sustain a small but focused scope. The following is the list of 7 SEO Google tips that I found necessaryfor small businesses to generate results and I hope this list helps the new and inexperienced businesses that are looking for top SEO News.

1. Make a site that is easy to load:

Now that Google has initiated speed into the search engine ranking algorithm, its time to make sure that your website is easy to load. By improving your website's speed you also improve customer experience, which helps in converting your visitor into customer.

Use tools such as Y Slow or Web Page Analyzer to check out the problem behind slow speed. Make a site that is SEO Google friendly and easy to load so that you do not make users wait to purchase your products.

2. Optimize for local search:

Going local is the most beneficial technique for small business enterprises. Around 70% local consumers use Google SEO local listings to search information about the nearby companies. Verify yourbusiness on the local listings such as Yahoo Local, Bing Local or Google Places to get maximum benefits.

3. Connect with the customer by adding personal touch to your site:

The major advantage that small businesses have is chance to connect with the customers by adding a personal voice. By making your voice heard you are not just adding trust but also showcasing your authority in the market. Add recommendations and reviews along with product features and how your services can benefit the customers.

4. Give importance to content:

Content has always been the king for the search engines and it still is. Search engines not just give more importance to unique SEO friendly content, but, the better opportunities are given to users to find your products and services. Explain everything - services you provide, the benefit customers can get, feedback, improvements, everything that makes it easy for the customers to build trust.

5. Filter your internal links:

Make sure that your navigation scheme is getting all of your content. Internal links not just add value to your website but also make customers and search engines happy. Develop a linking mindset, think professionally about your website's linking architecture or use sites like CopyBlogger to refer older posts in your articles. You may also add sitemaps, older posts and related products so that your old but informative content is seen or linked to.

6. Don't fuss about receiving no-follow links:

Do not get carried away solely by trying to get incoming links lacking dreaded no-follow. You cannot manage how search engines act. Providing better services and customer satisfaction is your SEO guide. If you focus on good content, search engines will focus on various aspects of SEO by themselves. Better content attracts better links and it is good for both SEO and customers at the same time.

7. Create content for people not only for search engines:

If your sole purpose to create the content is to impress the search engines, you are missing on all your business profits. As per the Google SEO guide, creating a user friendly content can help you more as compared to just creating content for search engines.

A user visits your website to see how your services can benefit him, but when he comes to your site and finds a content that is confusing; he may leave and might not come back. If you want more inbound links andbusiness profits, make sure to write for the customers because no matter how important search engines are, they cannot avail your services!

Scientists discover' new drug target for immune diseases

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:27 PM PST

London: Scientists have found a new mechanism that explains how certain immune cells are activated to create protective antibodies against infections or pathological antibodies such as those present in autoimmune diseases like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.

Led by Dr. Andrea Cerutti, MD, Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, researchers studied human tissue and immune cells from people with mutations of TACI and MyD88, two proteins required to activate the immune system.

MyD88 is a signaling protein that alerts the so-called innate immune system. TACI is a receptor protein used to activate immune cells in the so-called adaptive immune system.

"Our research shows that TACI and MyD88 are part of an immune circuit that bridges the innate and adaptive immune systems. This circuit makes our immune response more flexible, allowing a more effective generation of protective antibodies during infections.

Genetic defects of TACI and MyD88 cause immunodeficiencies characterized by recurrent, life-threatening infections. On the other hand, an abnormally strong TACI-MyD88 interaction may exacerbate autoimmune diseases like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis," said Dr. Cerutti, lead investigator of the study.

"Previous studies had suggested an involvement of TACI and MyD88 in lupus. Now that we have identified this interaction, we can figure out a way to inhibit it and prevent these diseases from getting worse."

Autoimmune diseases like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis are characterized by exaggerated production of molecules that activate the adaptive immune system and abnormal antibodies, which attack normal cells causing inflammation and tissue damage. This exaggerated production may occur partly as a result of abnormally strong signaling from TACI via MyD88.

By analyzing cells and tissues from immunodeficient patients and genetically engineered mice, Dr. Cerutti's team found a previously unknown interaction between TACI and MyD88 that is important for the production of antibodies against infectious agents. Yet, the same interaction may cause the exaggerated immune response in people with autoimmune diseases.

"Our discovery provides a novel specific target, the signaling pathway between TACI and MyD88, to block the overreaction of the immune system and tissue damage in individuals with autoimmune disorders," said Dr. Cerutti.

"We look forward to studying this discovery further and developing therapeutic targets that will inhibit the interaction between TACI and MyD88, preventing autoimmune diseases from progressing with fewer side effects than currently prescribed treatments.

Internet Reputation Management' To Improve Your Online Buzz'

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:26 PM PST

When replying to the review, part of the Internet Reputation management strategies is that you understand of the review. It can be difficult if the review is bad and the person is angry, but you need to try and fix the problem and not respond in a negative way to the review.

You need to maintain a positive reply and appear understanding of the review, even if you are not in favor. You also need to make sure that you are addressing the problems that were brought up in the review. Maybe there is a problem that you need to fix on your website and you need to be sure that you assess those problems and fix them.

When responding to negative reviews, you need to consider where the person is getting that opinion from. It could be because something is not working with the searches on your website or maybe the search engine optimization that you are using is not working as it should be.

Part of developing Internet reputation management is being level and objective so that you are able to respond to the reviews and let the users know that you are not only aware of the problems that have been addressed, but that you are also taking the steps to fix them.

You do not want to promise a solution right away in the reply, but you do need to address the problem and let users know you are doing your best to fix it.

Even if the negative reviews are not what you want to see for your website, they can help you fix any areas of the website that could be improved and help you do more business. But if you ignore the reviews that are made on your website, that shows users that you do not care if your website has something that is not working and that is not going to help you get rid of the negative reviews.

Developing a strategy for handling negative reviews should be part of your objectives for owning a business and having a website. If you have not yet begun to get reviews, you may want to develop a good strategy that you can use if you do start to receive negative reviews.

When you are using search engine optimization, there can be a number of things that may not be working or that could be working better. It is better to address any of those search engine problems and correct the features that may not be working right away than to ignore them.

If you find that you keep getting reviews of your website that are ending up on the first page of the search results, the best thing that you can do is to reply right away and offer a solution for the problems. You don't want to state that you have the solution and it is fixed if it is not, but you should let your users know that you are not only aware that there is something that needs to get fixed, but that you are working on getting it fixed.

If you have not yet received any negative reviews, you still should have a good plan of how you are going to respond to them because it is possible for someone to write a negative review about your website and you need to be aware of that right away so that you can fix the problems.

Being professional and polite when you are replying to any of the reviews that you get, even if they are negative, is one of the best ways that you can show your users that you care about their reviews and that you want to provide with the best website and features that you can. It also helps boost the amount of business that you can get to your website when people see that you are finding the solutions that they need.

How Good Communication' Can Lead To Marriage

Posted: 07 Feb 2011 08:23 PM PST

Millions of people everyday have a very difficult time expressing themselves. This can lead to the inability to sustain a normal health relationship. For men, they experience difficulty expressing themselves more often then women.

Poor communication skill can go unnoticed early in relationships. More attention is paid toward emotions and physical aspects of the relationship. However, experts have stated that communication is the key factor in building a strong and lasting relationship.

Men have always found it difficult to communicate; this dates back to prehistoric caveman days. Men have always been viewed as strong silent type who just got things done. Men have been preconditioned to this for centuries. Very few men express their feeling adequately and when they do, they are diminished somehow.

This is because of the preconditioning, if a man expresses himself, it is viewed as a sign of weakness. They feel that they are lowering themselves to a level where they do not want to be. To express themselves makes them feel uncomfortable.

Women on the other hand have no problem expressing themselves on every subject under the sun. They want their men to be able to do the same, and when they do not, then women feel under appreciated and taken for granted. Many women will not get involved with a man that cannot express himself adequately.

In order for men to create long and lasting relationships, they must be able to communicate how they feel to the women in their lives. Sentiment and romance are big issues to women. Truth and honesty is what women expect the most from men.

Both men and women need to make an effort to communicate with each other. However, there are times when in order to form a lifelong commitment, outside intervention is necessary to assist men in expressing themselves. Men and women must be able to communicate openly and honestly with each other on any subject. It is important though to respect each others opinions.

The one thing that is as crucial as speaking to each other is the ability to listen to each other. Men find this difficult because the often see things in black and white and having to listen to extend reasoning takes a lot of patience. After you have been together for a while, you will even get to know each others body language.

When you are in a relationship, you want to keep each other happy. Do not send signals that can be misconstrued. You can only have a meaningful conversation if both parties participate.

The one thing that men have found difficult to do throughout the centuries is to express their love. They feel that saying the words I love you is leaving them open and vulnerable. This is not always the case. Women love to hear it as much as they love to say it.

Communication is the key part of a healthy relationship. This in turn will guarantee a life long commitment with years of happiness
